What is the Magic Drops loyalty program?

We want to reward your loyalty with Magic Drops. You earn Magic Drops on your purchases or by inviting friends to our shop.

You can redeem the Magic Drops you collect for attractive discounts. The more Magic Drops you collect, the more you save—while also doing something good for your health and beauty from the inside out.
Who can participate

To participate, all you need is an account in the Dr. Niedermaier online shop. You can start collecting Magic Drops right away. Simply click the “Magic Drops” button, which you’ll find in the bottom-right corner of every page.

Unfortunately, the loyalty program is not available to B2B customers.
How do I collect Magic Drops?

You earn Magic Drops for a variety of activities: for every purchase (€1 = 1 Magic Drop), by successfully referring friends, or by following our social media channels.

Where can I see my point balance?

Click the "Magic Drops" button located in the bottom right area of ​​the page. Your current score is displayed directly in the top bar.
How can I redeem my Magic Drops?

Go to “Possible Rewards.” Here, you will find all the options for redeeming your Magic Drops. If you have enough Magic Drops, you can exchange them for a discount. Points that have already been redeemed cannot be used again.

You’ll find the Magic Drops button at the bottom right of every page. Log in and click on it to view your Magic Drops history, including all the points you’ve collected and the corresponding activities.
What happens if a referred friend cancels their order?

Your Magic Drops will be deleted and removed from your account.
Why is my score lower?

It may sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and credit the Magic Drops to your account.

Are you already subscribed to our newsletter but don’t see the corresponding Magic Drops after registering? Please contact us briefly, and we will credit the Drops to your account retrospectively.
