What is this about?

We want you to be able to try out our products at your leisure. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee—in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and statutory warranty rights.

How the guarantee works

You can return products within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied.

Conditions:

The recommended daily intake has not been exceeded.

The product has only been tested to a reasonable extent (e.g., a small sample amount—no significant consumption).

The return is made within the 30-day period.

Important: Dietary supplements are food products, not medicines. Effects may vary from person to person.

How to claim the guarantee

We will review your request and find a fair solution together. Once the goods have been returned and inspected, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Scope

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to end customers in Germany and Austria.

Protection against abuse

To ensure we can continue offering this guarantee fairly, it does not apply in cases of obviously unreasonable use, such as:

excessively frequent returns,

products consumed well beyond a reasonable amount,

returns based solely on the fact that no individual effect was perceived (since dietary supplements are not medicines).

Important note regarding your statutory rights

Your statutory warranty rights remain fully unaffected and can be exercised free of charge.

This guarantee does not restrict them but merely supplements them.

Note on the right of withdrawal

Regardless of this guarantee, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. *Voluntary commercial warranty pursuant to Section 479 of the German Civil Code (BGB) – your statutory rights remain unaffected.
